Alastair Atkinson Chief Executive Officer
Alastair has over 25 years of Product Marketing, Development, Manufacturing and Sales experience within both corporate and start-up environments. He joined Forth Photonics from Optos plc where he served as the European General Manager, Global Product Director and was a member of the Senior Management team that floated the company on the main London market in 2006. Prior to joining Optos Mr Atkinson had an 18 year career with Hewlett Packard holding a number of national and international positions. He has a BSc from Reading University, an MSc from Bristol University and completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
Paul Williams Chief Financial Officer
Paul joined DySISmedical in 2008 after a 7 year career with Interactive Telecom Solutions where he lead the acquisition of Dixon’s and Dynabyte involving a €125m financing round and was instrumental in growing the group’s revenue to £300m. Prior to ITS Paul worked at consumer goods manufacturer, Addis and participated in the successful turn round, subsequent Cinven backed MBO and exit. He spent his early career after qualifying as a Chartered accountant with KPMG serving a range of audit clients. He has a BSc from Imperial College.
