In this video clip (recorded on DySIS) the doctor has already completed the standard colposcopic exam and together with DySISmap, selected an area for biopsy (note the small circle superimposed at 8 o'clock from the Os). Using this marker the doctor is then able to guide the biopsy forceps to the site with great accuracy.
